Hi, I'm Christelle.
I'm a Naturopath and Functional Medicine Practitioner, and I understand how frustrating it can be to feel unwell, have your tests come back normal and be left without clear answers or a way forward.
Having experienced this myself, I was driven to look beyond conventional test results and retrain in root cause approaches to health. I've now been in practice for 16 years, following five years of degree level training at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London, alongside further professional training, including with the Institute for Functional Medicine.
I've worked with over 1,000 clients experiencing a range of ongoing health concerns, including hormonal imbalances, digestive issues, skin conditions, thyroid dysfunction, persistent fatigue and burnout.
My approach combines functional testing, nutritional therapy, herbal medicine and nervous system regulation to explore potential underlying contributors to symptoms and develop personalised strategies to support better health.
Alongside my clinical practice, I've gained international experience at luxury wellness destination resorts and through naturopathic residencies at several established health retreats across Europe and Asia.
